Yes. Every That’s Right, Sweetie product is made-to-order and can be customized to fit your brand, event, or gifting moment. This may include colors, design details, messaging, packaging touches, and seasonal styling. Customization is not an add-on, it’s the standard we’re known for.

Yes. We can help with bulk corporate gifting, event takeaways, branded gift boxes, employee appreciation gifts, client gifts, holiday gifting, and larger custom orders. For orders of 100+ pieces, we recommend submitting a quote request here so we can confirm pricing, timing, customization, packaging, and delivery details.

Yes. Multi-address shipping is available for orders of up to 10 units.
At checkout, select Multi-Address Shipping as your shipping option. This option will show as free at checkout, but shipping will be invoiced separately once we receive your recipient addresses.
After your order is placed, your confirmation email will include a link where you can upload or submit the addresses for each recipient. Once our team reviews the addresses, we’ll follow up with a custom shipping invoice. After that invoice is paid, your order will be prepared and shipped to each recipient.

Every order is handmade, so we recommend placing your order as early as possible. For orders under 100 pieces, 5–7 business days is typically a good guideline. For orders of 100+ pieces, we require 5–7 business days for production.
For orders over 500 pieces, production time varies. Let’s talk so we can review your quantity, timeline, customization, and delivery needs.

Yes. Our ready-to-order corporate gifting options include The Duo | Pretzels, The Classic Half | Pretzels, and The Classic Full | Pretzels when ordered with seasonal decoration at checkout.
These seasonal options are ready to make and are a great fit for smaller corporate gifts, client thank-yous, team appreciation, and event gifting. For custom designs, branded packaging, larger quantities, or orders over 100 pieces, we recommend submitting a quote request so we can confirm the best option for your order.

Packaged treats have a shelf life of up to six months.
To keep them fresh, store your treats in a cool, dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, heat, or humidity. Please do not refrigerate.
